Hi! I’m Lindsey. Thank you for being here.

Becoming the best version of myself has been a long, ongoing journey—one I return to each day. Over the years, I have worked in the corporate world leading award winning sales teams, and in 2021, I took a leap of faith to join my husband and our 16 year old sign company full time.

While I don’t hold multiple degrees or thousands of hours of formal training, I bring something just as valuable—real, honest life experience shaped by learning from many incredible humans along the way.

Being a business owner has required a great deal of energy, responsibility, and care for others—and it has also taught me that boundaries, rest, and self-connection are not indulgences. They’re what make it possible for me to show up, day after day, with intention.

In recent years, life has shifted in meaningful ways, inviting me inward to reconnect with my truest self—She was never lost—just resting beneath the noise, waiting to be remembered. I love learning, growing, and sharing what unfolds through this process.

I stepped onto my first yoga mat 21 years ago. Since then, building strength, learning how to breathe, and remembering to love myself have helped me show up more fully in my life. More recently, I spent three weeks in the Amazon jungle in Peru, where I disconnected from the familiar, witnessed parts of the world—and myself—I had never seen, and learned from remarkable people. During that time, I deepened my understanding of yoga beyond the mat, receiving my 200-hour YTT in Vinyasa, Yin, and Karma Yoga, along with 20 hours of continuing education in Ayurvedic self-care.

I’m excited to share these learnings and support you in connecting more deeply with yourself.
